Fully monitored AIS services 

All Kordia’s services are fully monitored. This includes site access, transport network, and switch/router monitoring. Our customers can also receive the following operations and maintenance services:

• Network maintenance and fault response
• Network system management, surveillance and response
• Network provisioning and installation

Network monitoring responsibilities

Kordia is responsible for the underlying receive network, transport layer and computing infrastructure.
We have no visibility or responsibility for the service once the data is distributed from the Server Storage Network in Wellington.
