Charges for additional AIS services

The change in your ongoing service fee will be calculated from the rate card. This will be charged to your nominated credit card based on a pro-rata amount determined by the period left in the contract.

 

There is a provisioning charge of $25 plus GST for every MMSI added or deleted from your AIS service. This amount will be charged to your nominated credit card.

  1. Go to the login page on our website
  2. Click on the ‘forgotten password’ link
  3. We’ll send you an email with a link to our site which allows you to change your password information

Help with forgotten username/changing username

  1. Please contact us to change your login username
  2. We’ll need to change this information manually within our system
  3. We may require information confirming your identity
